
SUMMIT MEDICAL CENTER AND RUTLAND PLACE HOST A FREE HEALTH FAIR
September 18, 2009 Summit Medical Center and Rutland Place Senior Community are holding a free health fair on Saturday, September 26 from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. at Rutland Place Senior Community. This community health fair is free to attend and open to anyone who wants to learn more about improving their health. Refreshments will be provided.
The following screenings or assessments will be available: skin cancer screening, colon cancer screening awareness, blood pressure, blood glucose, BMI, allergy testing, balance checks, hearing screenings, and massages.
Rutland Place is located at 435 NW Rutland Road, Mt. Juliet, TN 37122. From I-40 take exit 226 and head north on N. Mt. Juliet Rd. Turn right on NW Rutland Rd. and Rutland Place will be on located the left.
